(吉隆坡26日讯) 士布爹区国会议员郭素沁建议华总会 长丹斯里方天兴在伊刑法课题上,除了向丹州政府施 压之外,他也应该率领华团向首相及国阵政府施压。  因为如果没有国阵巫统议员的支持,批准丹州政府 落 实伊刑法的法案是不会获得国会通过的。 也是行动党全国副主席的郭素沁是针对方天兴昨日要 伊斯兰党主席哈迪阿旺澄清,研究落实伊刑事法的技 术委员会是以“ 中央政府对州政府”的形式,还是 “巫统对伊斯兰党”的形式组成,而发表文告。 她说,“最近两个月来闹得沸沸扬扬的伊刑法风波,  全因首相署部长拿督惹米尔于今年3月27日挑战伊斯 兰 党在国会提呈私人法案而起,而副首相慕尤丁宣布成 立落实伊刑法的技术委员会,也是一“中央政府对丹 州 政府“的姿态形成。” “换句话说,伊刑事法已从巫统和伊斯兰党的争议,  升级成为中央政府和丹州政府的争论了。”

警方应展延下月16日的取缔违规汽车墨镜行动

(吉隆坡24日讯)民主行动党全国副主席郭素沁说, 随着政府决定检讨和研究修改有关轿车使用汽车隔热 膜(墨镜)的条规,警方应展延原订于下月16日展开 的 取缔违规墨镜行动。 她说,警方于本月15日宣布将展开有关取缔行动时, 声称要让车主有1个月的时间去掉违规的墨镜,如今有 了这项检讨墨镜决定,警方是应该展延检举违规墨镜 行动。 她在一篇文告中表示,由于过去不少车主投诉现有的 墨镜条例不实际,及不符合我国的炎热天气,因此政 府的检讨墨镜的决定是正确的。
