If the New York Police Department (NYPD) can successfully lower the crime rate, why can’t our PDRM? Look at the methods that they used to reduce crime rate in the notorious high crime rate city. Can we do it here too? Why does our police force always sound so helpless in battling against crime???

《光明日報》是於週二（5日）下午接獲一名自稱郭素 沁助理的男子來電，聲稱郭素沁將於週三（6日）在位 於舊古仔路的服務中心舉行記者會。對方聲稱郭素沁� ��務中心的傳真機故障，因此以口頭方式通知。
