Even if the state government spends a billion to rescue the projects, it will be helping the rakyat who have been cheated. This is very much better than some schemes which helps the very swindlers to abscond and leave the victims helpless. I am sure many Talam victims have been assisted and are thankful to the state in this sad episode.
