Selangor state govt gives RM2 million to 52 chinese schools

Last Sunday, Menteri Besar, my fellow EXCOs and I presented a total of RM 2 million of our state budget allocation to 52 different Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina. This amount given to each schoolswas different because the allocation was determined based on a needs-basis. EXCO Elizabeth Wong, EXCO Rodziah Ismail, DUN Speaker Teng Chang Khim, EXCO Halimah Ali and EXCO Ronnie Liu were also present.

The event was held at SJKC Chen Moh, Jalan 2/32 in Petaling Jaya.
The hall was packed. I estimate some 300+ people were there.
