Puan Teresa Kok Suh Sim (Seputeh) minta Menteri Keselamatan Dalam Negeri menyatakan peruntukan yang disalurkan ke setiap jabatan dalam PDRM untuk tahun 2005, 2006 dan 2007. Sila nytakan peruntukan yang disalurkan dalam latihan anggota polis.

Untuk makluman YB, jumlah peruntukan yang disalurkan kepada tujuh jabatan/ aktiviti di dalam PDRM adalah seperti berikut:

highest goes to management but a fraction of it goes to crime fighting. even allocation for public order is higher.
it explains why when there is a huge presence of FRU whenever demonstration, peaceful or otherwise, occures yet whenever taxpayers suffered rape, theft, murder, attack from criminals, we either encounter sloppy report taking, inconsiderate treatment and lethargic investigation, if any.
in the absence of headcount information, it would be interesting to see allocation per head. SUrely there are more headcounts in crime fighting then management? it may suggest a few fat cats among the allocation result….unless proven otherwise, I feel my tax money is not efficiently utilised
