- sleep 4 years work 1 year and get re-elected with life pension to boot. nice deal, nice and forgiving voters. this are the times where the official media rule the information space in Malaysia.

With the internet and increasing globalised world, perhaps we can see some change in the voters' trend but the opposition must elevated itself from being an "opposition" to an "alternative rule" in order for the voters to vote for real change. Taiwan can do that after 50 years after KMT, albeit the voters there are not inhibited by racial, religion and citizen class considerations...

in the future perhaps....but maybe not my life time.</description>
