Being active while in the university helped her to prepare for her successful political career nowadays. Student activists in Malaysian colleges & universities as well as Malaysians studying abroad now can prepare for political careers by being active in various students societies. Alas, many nowadays are book worms who only want to get good results like first class honours to further their own selfish interests in the future. We live in a society & not in isolation. Students must understand that extra-curricular activities build up their characters and proper attitudes towards their corporate lives as working adults & good citizens.
